These Terms apply to all sales of products offered on the Website, including but not limited to: apparel (t-shirts, oversized tees, hoodies), accessories (dad hats, bandanas, phone cases, laptop sleeves, desk mats, pin sets, coasters), and posters (hereinafter the “Products”).
By placing an order on the Website, the customer (hereinafter the “Customer”) fully and unreservedly accepts these Terms.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The Terms applicable to an order are those in effect at the date the order is placed.
ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCTS
3.1 – Product descriptions
The Products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, minor colour variations may exist between the Product photographs displayed on the Website and the Product received, due to screen settings or the printing process.
3.2 – Print-on-demand manufacturing
The Products sold on the Website are manufactured on demand by our production and logistics partner, Printful, Inc. (hereinafter “Printful”). Each Product is printed, assembled, and shipped individually after the order has been confirmed. This production method means that manufacturing lead times are added to delivery lead times.
3.3 – Availability
Product offers are subject to availability from our production partner. If a Product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the Customer will be notified as soon as possible and may choose between a full refund or a replacement with an equivalent product.
ARTICLE 4 – PRICES
Product prices are displayed in euros (EUR) or in the currency corresponding to the Customer’s delivery country, inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT included), excluding delivery charges.
Delivery charges are displayed before the final validation of the order.
The Company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without prior notice. Products will be invoiced at the prices in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
ARTICLE 5 – ORDERS
5.1 – Placing an order
The Customer selects the Product(s) of their choice, specifying the desired size, colour, and quantity, then adds them to the shopping cart. After reviewing the cart contents, the Customer validates the order by completing the payment.
5.2 – Order confirmation
A confirmation email summarising the order is sent to the Customer at the email address provided during checkout. This email constitutes acceptance of the order by the Company.
5.3 – Modifications and cancellations
Due to the print-on-demand nature of the Products, no modifications or cancellations can be accepted once the order has been confirmed and submitted to production, except as required by applicable law.
ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT
Payment is made online at the time of order validation through the payment methods available on the Website (credit/debit card, PayPal, or any other method provided via Shopify Payments).
Payment is secured by the payment provider Shopify Payments. The Company does not store any of the Customer’s banking data.
The order is validated upon confirmation of full payment of the Product price and delivery charges.
ARTICLE 7 – DELIVERY
7.1 – Delivery areas
The Company delivers to the countries listed on the Website at the time of ordering.
7.2 – Delivery times
As the Products are manufactured on demand by Printful, indicative lead times are as follows:
- Manufacturing time: 2 to 7 business days
- Shipping time: varies depending on destination (generally 3 to 12 additional business days for Europe, up to 20 business days for certain international destinations)
These lead times are provided for information purposes only and do not constitute a contractual commitment. The Company shall not be held liable for delivery delays attributable to the carrier or to events of force majeure.
7.3 – Order tracking
A tracking number is sent to the Customer by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched.
7.4 – Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on the destination and the weight of the parcel. They are displayed to the Customer before the final validation of the order.
7.5 – Receipt of goods
The Customer is required to check the condition of the parcel upon receipt. In the event of damage, the Customer must file a complaint with the carrier and notify the Company within 48 hours of receipt by sending an email with photographs of the damaged parcel and Product.
ARTICLE 8 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
8.1 – Principle
In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the Product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason or pay any penalty.
8.2 – Exclusions
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
However, as the Products offered on the Website are standardised items printed in series (even though manufacturing is triggered upon ordering), the right of withdrawal applies under the following conditions: the Product must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, within 14 days of the withdrawal notification.
8.3 – How to exercise this right
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify their decision by email to michaeltemim@gmail.com, stating their order number. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
8.4 – Refund
The refund will be processed within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the returned Product or proof of shipment, using the same payment method as that used for the original order.
ARTICLE 9 – LEGAL WARRANTIES
9.1 – Warranty of conformity
In accordance with Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Company is required to deliver a Product that conforms to the order and is liable for defects in conformity existing at the time of delivery. 9.2 – Warranty against hidden defects
In accordance with Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code, the Customer may request the rescission of the sale or a reduction in price in the event of a hidden defect rendering the Product unfit for its intended use.
9.3 – Printing defects
In the event of a manifest printing defect (blurred image, misalignment, colours significantly different from those shown on the Website), the Customer is invited to contact the Company within 30 days of receipt, attaching photographs of the Product. After verification, the Company will offer a replacement or a refund of the defective Product.
ARTICLE 10 – LIABILITY
The Company takes all reasonable measures to ensure the proper fulfilment of orders. Its liability shall not be engaged in the event of:
- Misuse or improper care of the Product by the Customer

The Company’s liability is limited to the amount of the order in question.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, distribution, or exploitation of all or part of these elements without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement punishable under the French Intellectual Property Code.
